Return Policy
If there is a return of products purchased due to manufacturing defects, customers must notify us immediately. Overseas customers will be given 2 weeks from the date of receiving, for local postage delivery/local sale personnel delivery, customers will be given 1 week from the date of receiving to return the products. Products and delivery boxes and all the manufacture paperwork must be in tact.
Jaspe will refuse any items returned not in original packaging or damaged by user.
Legal Policy
Jaspe will not be held responsible or liable for any harm, injury or death directly or indirectly caused by the use of our products.
Promotion
For orders placed during promotional period and products run out of stock, customer will still be able to enjoy the promotional price as long as orders are place before the end of promotional period.
