Delivery Policy

Jaspe will not bear any responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions:

  1. The address given was incorrect.
  2. No such person at the given address.
  3. Recipient is not present at the address given within those hours during which delivery was requested to take place.
  4. No valid contact number was given for us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to execute the order successfully.

Customer must be present to accept delivery. In the event that the customer is unable to take delivery of the purchased item at the originally agreed upon time, and said customer failed to give reasonable notice of such inability, there will be an additional charge for a second delivery.

All orders requested will be confirmed via e-mail or telephone.

All prices listed are in Singapore dollars.

A 50% cancellation charge will be imposed if the arrangement has been made or if delivery has been attempted.

Orders made online must be paid in full for delivery to proceed. For cash on delivery, products amount must be paid in full and a receipt will be given on the spot.

For Local Cash on Delivery, Jaspe will ensure that all products delivered are in good condition, if there should be any unforeseen circumstances, we will contact the customers before delivery. Therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to check the products before accepting and sign on the receipts.

Local Delivery Charges

Delivery charges of SGD$10 applies.
Charges will be waived for purchases above S$80.
