Jaspé was established in 1977 in Singapore to import, export and manufacture premium leather products, accessories, raw materials and related machineries.
With its reputable standing and close business links to Europe, the company was one of the few selected by the Ministry of Trade and Industry to embark on trade missions to EU and Asia. It represented Singapore at the Frankfurt International Trade Fair in 1979, ASEAN – Europe Economic Community Market Seminar in Manila in 1980 and the 14th Tokyo International Trade Exhibition in 1981.
The company received the prestigious International Asia Award by the Spanish Editorial Ofice for Outstanding Trade Leadership in 1982.
Since 2009, Jaspé has injected new focus to the development and production of high quality leather, jewelry and metal care products under the Dicon® brand name.
